There really is not “Best Option,” but for it’s simplicity, cost, trial period and value for your money, our recommendation is MailGen. Constant Contact also offers a great product, which, while more expensive at the outset, becomes more reasonable as your list size grows, and with a a 60-day free trial, you can’t go wrong.
That said, each of these are designed to be as intuitive s possible. The basic functionality is the same, so your best bet is to give them each a try and see for yourself, especially considering the free trial options.
